We get it. Life happens. Here are our cancellation policies, terms and conditions for events, retreats and yoga clothing.
Outdoor Yoga Events and Summer Series Cancellation Policy:
No refunds or exchanges. If a class is canceled due to weather, tickets will be valid for another date.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Applies to Yoga apparel and clothing. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, unworn and with tags still on. If tags have been removed, the item can be exchanged only, at 50% of the purchased value. Online orders also apply, shipping not included.
Yoga Retreat Cancellation Policy:
In the event you are unable to attend, the full amount will be refunded, minus the deposit, up to 45 days before the retreat. Deposits are non-refundable. Retreat fees will not be refunded for cancellations within 45 days of retreat date, and your payment is forfeited. You can, however transfer to another name for the same retreat and accommodations. Balance payments are due 45 days prior to the retreat. If the balance payment is not settled by 45 days in advance, the held space will be released (canceled) and the deposit forfeited.
In the event you cancel up to 45 days before the retreat and we can fill your spot, your deposit can be put towards a retreat in the following year. If we cannot fill your spot, or a retreat is not booked within one (1) year of paid deposit, your deposit is forfeited. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early to a Grace & Flow retreat.
