Day 1, arrive on site to the most stunning view as you take in a deep breath and relax your shoulders.
Afternoon Check in and Welcome
4:00 pm Happy hour drinks, nourishing snacks and introductions
5:30 pm Opening yoga practice, meditation and intention
7:30 pm Private 3-course dinner by Private Chef Austin of Fable Acres
9:00 pm Retire and enjoy your suite
Day 2, wake up to crisp sheets and hear the sound of the birds as you wiggle your fingers and toes.
7:30 am Coffee and micronutrients
8:00 am Sunrise meditation and Yoga practice
9:30 am Nourishing breakfast and meditation masterclass
11:00-3:00 pm Enjoy a massage, lounge by the lake, go for a hike or relax in your room.
3:00 pm Afternoon Yin Yoga practice, bring a journal
5:00 pm Blind wine + cheese tasting experience with Sommelier
7:00 pm Land-to-table 3-course dinner made by Private Chef
Day 3, enjoy the sunshine as you welcome in SUMMER
8:30 am Relaxing Yoga and Meditation with time for a Sauna afterwards
10:30 am Leisurely breakfast
11:30-2:00 pm Free time. Enjoy the reflexology, a massage, forest bathing, or take a nap.
