Our fabric blend of 80% nylon and 20% spandex gives you the soft feel of cotton (aka 'Buttery Soft') with the benefits of advanced fiber technology. It supports and holds its shape, is lightweight, dries quickly and provides comfortable and breathable moisture management, with excellent wicking properties.
We recommend buying the clothing snug, as it will relax a little due to its 5% stretch. It will not pill, fade, or shrink. This “miracle fabric” is known to shave pounds off your appearance by tightening, lifting, and smoothing out curves.
Most of our clothing is sized using the size chart below, and is comparable to Lulu (XS 0-2, S 4-6, M 8-10, L 12-14 and XL is 14+). Please contact us any time at hello@graceandflow.ca if you have questions about a product’s size and fit.
