It’s winter, and I am loving it! While I love going on walks and having fresh air around me, sometimes it can be nice to just stay cozy in your own home. And what better way to do this than with some yoga? The great thing about yoga is that you don't need any special equipment or clothing to do it—all you need are your body and a place where you won't get distracted.

I love doing yoga from the comfort of my home.

You can do yoga from anywhere. It’s so easy and accessible. I found that doing yoga at home makes it easier for me to stick with my routine throughout the year. It also allows me to be more flexible with what time I choose to practice, since I can make it fit into my day or busy schedule.

Forget it I am not leaving my house!

So, let's say you're like me. An introvert and you don't want to leave your house. My favorite thing about Grace & Flow is their ability to teach from home! There's no traffic, no parking and most importantly: no one judging you. You can even do yoga in your pajamas! I like to do it while watching Netflix or listening to music.
